Eligible for Replacement if:
You received the wrong book
The book is damaged during shipping
There are major printing defects
Conditions:
Request must be made within 48 hours after receiving the order
Provide clear photo/video proof
Product must remain unused and in original condition
Not eligible:
Change of mind
Minor issues (e.g., slight dents that do not affect reading)
Process:
Message our support team
Send proof (photo/video)
Our team will verify and arrange replacement
Refund (if applicable):
COD orders → Refund via GCash/Maya
Online payments → Refund to original payment method
